At the same time, we recognise any privileged identities we may hold, and we strive to amplify the voices of others.

Our vision is to reimagine the future of marketing, an industry with tremendous power over social, environmental and economic progress. And so we hope to educate and inspire ourselves, our clients and our community to choose and use words that have the potential to uplift, support and connect with others.

We resist toxic productivity

As someone who lives and works with mental illness and neurodivergence, I (Katherine) work within disability justice frameworks.

And so, I’m committed to creating and collaborating in shared spaces that honour the bodymind.

This allows me, my clients and my colleagues to show up and contribute in a way that resists the ableist, capitalist narrative.

Here, we don’t work til burnout.

Here, we can shift our commitments without shame.
